How can I track the status of my order?
You can track your order by creating an account and going to the orders section. You will also receive both a confirmation and a shipping email that includes a tracking number.

Can I make modifications to my order after it has been placed?
We will try to accommodate your request, but cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed upon request. Please email us as soon as possible at info@shoplaceup.ca if you'd like to request a modification.

What size laces should I get?
We offer different lengths for different models and sizes. If you are not sure about the sizing, feel free to contact us at info@shoplaceup.ca

What is your return/exchange policy?
At this point in time, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products. If there is an issue with your order, or you have received the wrong order, please contact us at infor@shoplaceup.ca and we will be happy to help you!

Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we offer custom orders, however please note that there may be a minimum order quantity depending on the complexity of the design. To find out more, please contact us at info@shoplaceup.ca.

What happens if my package is lost?
If your package has gone missing in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can file a claim with the shipping courier on your behalf. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us with your order number and full address so we can check if the order has been delivered to the correct address. If you suspect theft, please contact the local authorities for help.
We are not responsible for any stolen or mis-delivered mail. We will try our best to help you get your package, but the responsibility transfer to the courier and then to you once the package has been marked as delivered.
